    Hiya, I kept hurting my shoulder when I first got my pole until I read somewhere to make sure your shoulders were back and your not hanging on your arm, not sure if it was this or just lack of strength and a coincidence I started doing this and it got better?

    Thanks for clearing that up! I prefer it along the calf, I think I may even have the strength to push out a bit! So I will try next time! Thank you for your comments 😃

    Thanks for you reply 🙂 Also my friend told me that the leg on the pole has to be hooked at knee rather than the calf along the pole but it seems everybody does it different?
