    Thanks everyone for all your suggestions. I def will check out the lessons online here and do my homework on the poles. It sounds like a lot of upper body strength is key in pole dancing. Any type of off pole workout in particular that you can reccomend? I currently use an elliptical trainer and some free weights to drop some weight. Thanks ladies!
