Yikes I am soooo sorry. I know your pain, I have a peekaboo that a friend gave me which I hated right away and didnt feel safe using, so I brought a carmen alektra pole thinking it was "better" but it was just as crappy. My husband melded the two together to make a sturdier more reliable pole but I still dont trust it 100% and I really hate it because the seams cut me up alot and the weird base that it has going on at the bottom, i always nick my ankles on it bleh! Getting my xpole in a few weeks, I’m counting down the days anxiously!

Congrats on your CKR! I just recently got the CKR myself and still get a thrill when I do it, it’s such a cool and pretty move. I am also trying to figure out the CAR but taking my time with it because it is soooo scary! I’m not rushing it, I figure I’ll get it when I get it!

Just keep practicing and you will get that CAR soon! practice makes perfect!

Zicam products and mucinex always seem to help deminish my symptoms and make me feel better faster.

I’m in los angeles area and surprisingly am having the same problem…but if you ever come down this way we can for sure have a pole jam! How are your practices going?

Congrats on your TG 45 mm! It sounds so awesome! I am working toward getting a TG 50 mm in late Jan. Lucky for me the xpole offices are about 15 mins from me, so I can just order it over the phone and go pick it up! I can’t wait!!!!

Congrats! I’m so proud of you! I’m 8 months in and still not inverting! I think I could if I pushed it but I really am trying to wait until my arm strength is steadily consistent to attempt it.

I’m so jealous of girls who can invert fast because they have great upper arm strength already or come by it quickly! Lucky girl. Keep up the great work!

Don’t know if this exactly goes here but here goes…lessons on spinny pole! I am planning on getting an xpole in early jan and I really want to start to learn all the moves that I am learning on static pole on spinny. I searched for the song artic mile it doesn’t exsist not even an album by Mike Posner with the title Artic mile. I did a little process of elimination lol Maybe the DJ was incorrect(it happens) maybe the DJ meant Mike Posner’s song cooler than me, it’s Posner’s most recent song & it’s pretty hot on top 40 charts right now and probably is the most likely to be played in a bar or club right now.
