Oh my gosh I am SO excited about this pole! I'm going to be moving to Florida and renting an apartment, so I love the fact that it only uses one screw to mount! Not to mention the color is gorgeous and the finish is exactly what I've been wanting. I slip a lot on my chrome pole and I'm tired of using iTac. Powder coating sounds perfect for me. I cannot wait to purchase this pole!

Definitely third on the space heater idea! I'm in the Chicago area and we had a pretty cold winter this year. My pole is in the basement, which is unfinished and has one tiny little vent for heat. I usually let the heater run about half an hour before I'm ready to go down and practice. It helps, but it's still chilly and a lot of times I find myself avoiding poling because of the cold. It sucks and I cannot stress how much I'm looking forward to summer.
