I have a "Crane" humidifier which helps ease the symptoms. I think you can pick up a small humidifier at Bed Bath & Beyond.

I have a 50mm chrome xpert that I purchased this summer. Unsure if you are interested in chrome. I live in the US. Message me if you are possibly interested. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

That has been happening to me too when I have the windows open. I like the stickiness better for inverts, but if it gets too sticky I just turn on a box fan.

nice to know that I’m not the only one with popping body parts https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
The snapping sound, for the most part, just startles me. It sounds like it should hurt!

It is normal and will get better as you become stronger and lose the "death grip" hold. Here are some tips that may help.

Warm up the hands…sometime we only think of warming our bodies but we rely heavily on our hands!

Stretch the hands/forearms after your pole session… if your taking the online lessons here is the vid

Work on strengthening the hands off the pole. Here is a lesson for that as well

Here is one that feels amazing its a massage for the hands!!

Thanks so much for the tips!! I will definately do these warmups/strengthening lessons. Would the size of the pole have any impact with my fingers hurting? I have a 50mm and semi-small hands.

I have small hands and find a 45mm easier to grip for spins but a 50mm better for thigh holds/inversions. If you dance on a 45mm it may be harder to use 50mm in the future as your grip may be weaker.

The chrome Xpoles have a mirror like finish similar to stainless steel. I know many people who have not noticed a difference between chrome and titanium grip wise.

But whatever you do please dont buy a pole off ebay!! No matter how genuine they appear, or even if they are genuine Xpoles. The only way to be sure and have warranty/customer service is to buy straight from Xpole.com.au

There are reputable dealers on Ebay. You can contact xpole to find out if the dealer in question is selling authorized x-poles. They should know if they are because if they are geniune poles, they’re getting them from X-Pole.

I purchased my x-pole from a dealer on Ebay whom I verified with x-pole US. Also, the warranty is the same as if you purchased from x-pole directly. My a-pole was damaged, I contacted the dealer, and they had x-pole send a new part directly to me https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
