I love my A frame and it’s easy enough for one person to put up and take down! The only down fall is its not quite strong enough for drops on your silk or lyra but it’s great for practicing your moves and learning on and I find it to be extremely stable even at full extention. Hope this helps 🙂

I recently purchased the x-pole A frame which is adjustable from 2.2 – 3.6 meters, you can even go lower with it if you wanted too! It has been perfect for home as it fits inside but then when the weather is nice I also take it outdoors. It’s totally portable and is easy to put up and take down on your own. Although my first option was a rig from trapeze rigging I just couldn’t justify paying the $1500 shipping fee to Australia. So this alternative has actually been quite ideal!

I had no dance background at all and I left pole for a long period off time before I came back to it, I slowly built my strength up again and now I love it and I love the journey it has brought me on! You will love it too you just have to stick at it 🙂

I have a lot of dirdy birdy gear, I love her pole shorts and crop tops, I find them to fit really well and support you especially through all the inverted stuff!
