    Omg that looks intense I will have to start training. I definitely need to improve my strength in a lot of aspects.

    Awhh so smart. I didn’t think of it in that context. I’m still definitely a beginner/intermediate and ice been focusing app much on that that I’m starting to get frustrated with myself lol. Thanks Veena.

    Veena honestly I’ve just seen them in videos and I just thought is be best to try and learn that. I honestly don’t have an answer lol.

    awesome, thanks that makes a lot of sense i didn’t slip as much when i was in a class going daily. but our studio here closed and i bought a pole for home training and i haven’t been as consistent…so the losing strength makes total sense thank youuu.

    i remember watching that video when i first started doing pole and thinking man i am not good as a beginner lol. after almost a year i am still working on my invert but everything takes practice. lol

    I will totally agree i have notice strengthening my abs is helping get into a controlled invert. i am no where near the chopper but that does have to do with my hamstring tightness as well. speaking of veena’s 30 day ab challenge do you guys know where the think is to that?
