Did you buy them both at the same time? It could have to do with however the stainless was finished and polished at the time of manufacturing.

Is there any way to find out where he bought it? Can you possibly return it and put that money toward a real pole?

And since when did peek a boo come out with a spinning pole?

When learning this try bending one of your legs so that your calf and foot are also on the pole.

Eventually, scientists discovered that a substance called intrinsic factor is necessary to absorb vitamin B12 through the digestive tract. Some people are born without the ability to make intrinsic factor or lack it due to other reasons, such as gastrointestinal surgery. Logically, doctors decided that vitamin B12 injections would help people who don’t have intrinsic factor.

Injections are typically prescribed for those that have been shown to have deficiencies. I would have to do some more research on the injections as I am not sure how quickly it clears your system.

I just read that there is also a patch available but I am sure that there is a bit of a cost involved. Honestly, I will go to the store and but a $6 bottle of pills that will last me more than a month as opposed to having to get poked. I am not a fan of needles.

PDR, there are full spectrum bulbs that you can buy for reptiles that are pretty cheap. The now even have the spiral fluorescent ones that can go into any screw in socket. Try replacing a bulb or two in your house with them.

Momma…One a Days will not cut it. I order a lot through Swanson Vitamins. Their prices are really cheap and their quality is outstanding! You can also generally find coupons on the internet for them. On the B12 I only buy the 500 mcg because any more than that and I am too energized. On the D’s I have the high potency 2000 IU. On the 7-keto I was taking 100 mg twice a day.

Stepping onto my soap box: Many of the multivitamins out there have a form of the chemical that is not a bioavailable form….basically only a small percent of it actually gets into your body, the rest is flushed down the toilet. The ones that are better for you are going to cost upwards of $20+ a bottle.

I meant that people treating you this way is garbage, not that the comment you made was garbage. I am so sorry if you took it that way.

We all are different in some way or another, that is what makes us interesting. For people to shut you down because you do not drink shows a huge lack of character.

It is hard as an adult. I’ve also found it almost impossible to build a friendship with a person because I am a "recovering" alcoholic. I have been sober for almost 30 years now, and when people find out I don’t drink they ignore me. I like to go out to the clubs and dance/listen to bands…none of that has changed for me. I just choose to drink soda instead. I don’t have a problem with people that choose to drink alcohol…why must I be judged for my choice? The only time I seem to be included or invited out is when someone needs a DD (designated driver)…I started saying no awhile back because I didn’t want to be only "used"…well needless to say I haven’t been invited out since.

This is garbage, but then I have family and friends that are alcoholics.

YAY!! I am sure that the previous owner is happy that her pole is going to someone who will lovingly use it, too!
