Tired muscles is not the same as lactic acid buildup. My first guess is that you are not eating properly for the amount of work you are doing.
Lactic acid is produced when you are looking for energy but do not have the proper amount of oxygen for that energy production.

Pretty much all that you said. Some even just have words of encouragement.

OK…my geek side is coming out again. I am not sure how XPole actually colors the titanium or the grade of the titanium that they use in their poles. I do know that high grades of titanium are quite pricey. Assuming that they anodize the titanium it is going to depend on how long they leave the electrical current on the titanium (which determines the thickness). Basically the color is an oxidized state of titanium, similar to the chalky stuff you get on aluminum siding but much more permanently bound. Heat, humidity and the acid in your skin will wear away at this oxidation, so each and every person will have a unique wear time. I personally do not know why they just do no make a plain titanium pole…it will look just like the stainless ones but have a grip similar to brass.

Mr Chem says that say that it is enough of an award to be able to watch all us gorgeous women do what we passionately love.
And I am pretty much sure he speaks for many of the supportive hubmem/boymen out there in that statement!!

Things that lead me to believe the seller is legit: has the items in an ebay store, has been selling since 2002, tons of positive feedback.

$15 a yard seems WAY too inexpensive for aerial silks.
As for installing, there are very specific riggings and attachments in order to get them up safely. A site that is just selling the fabric and nothing else I would steer clear of (unless you specifically know what you are looking for when it comes to width, strength and stretch of the fabric).
On edit…I just realized that many of the silks I was looking at were entire kits.

We had a mix of people who had never touched a pole up to some of us who had been at it for 3 years+. She really has a great way of breaking down the moves and teaching slow and controlled.
Oh, there is no CAN’T in her class. Take it and you will understand!!

I see SO many bad poles on craigslist. I am at the point that if you do not research what you are buying then it is your own fault.

I have probably been on all materials. I have a powder coated at home and while I love it, it can be too grippy at times….ESPECIALLY when you are just learning and you have a death grip! Superman was brutal on it!
I have been on 2 brass poles and love the grip but hate the smell. I have ripped skin on these too just because they tend to get scuffed up quite a bit which is not kind to your skin.
Be has stainless and I would have to say this is my least favorite. I have never had as many issues with grip as I do at the studio.
Got to try both the titanium and the chrome in Chicago and I don’t remember having issues with either. The TG was def grippier than the chrome. If I had a choice though I would probably go with the TG over chrome just because of the material. The gold finish may fade but I do not see titanium chipping or rusting or even scratching like any of the other materials. Now if they would just make other colors…..dreaming.
My skin is pretty normal and I have large hands. The only times I have issues with grip is when my legs are sweaty, there is a big difference in pole to room temperature or when I am just learning something that I am kind of afraid of.
