I believe that Amyxshi teaches at Shockra and I would also look into NY Pole Dancing lessons with Wendy Traskos.
Karol Helms just opened up shop in Charlotte NC…Polefit Carolinas I think is the name.

It depends on the competition. I have seen shoes on and off. Most of what I see are some sort of embellished bikinis or bra/panty sets. I would think it also would depend on your music with your outfit matching the music.

This was the start of twisted grip (well, he joy videos) but this competition really brought it into the limelight. I really see her as changing the look of pole dancing because at that point she was so different than anyone else.

She is west side, I am east. You need to check out Infinity Dance in Wellington. Another SV girl is the owner of that studio and I am sure that she would LOVE to have more pole buddies. Denise Brown is teaching workshops this weekend and there will be pole play at Kickstand (a kick bar down there) and then David (Stellar) is going to be in next month (jealous!!).

I agree with Amy. I will go one more and say put on a pair of heels and raise your arm; whatever that height is should be the circumference around your pole that is clear.

Being upside down though makes your boobs perkier and stomach flatter…I will take those as a trade off!

I know for a fact that you were over exaggerating because I have met you and you don’t have nearly enough skin for ANY of this to happen!!
As for invert face, I have yet to see a pic of me upside down that looks even remotely attractive.

Are you on birth control pills/hormones of any sort? Also remember that our metabolisms slow down each year that we age…trust me…my early 30’s were NOT KIND to me.
I would seriously take a good look at your diet and maybe pick up the clean eating books.
