They did not show for me when clicked permanent mounts but did when I searched “block mount”. When all else fails call the US customer support.

Typically “content not available” is due to whatever video or image or even member has its privacy set.

I would suggest watching every single Pantera video that you can on YouTube. I would also suggest attending some burlesque classes to give you a sense of stage presence.

I would not expect to get that much for a used stage. $350-500 is about the going rate for them.

In a twisted grip the pole kinda runs down the forearm when the move is started whereas with split grip the arm is at an angle to the pole. It is basically the grip you end up in with reverse grab or pretzel.

You may be able to get one that would fit a car for only a few months and they are not terribly expensive (like I want t say under $100 a month and you do not have to sign a ling contract).

So in looking at the comp info, entries are already open and the comp is in about 3 months. I might suggest looking into bodybuilder prep. The only way you will get definition is to drop your body fat but at the same time you need to feed yourself properly as training for a comp will be pushing your body to limits. Last thing you need is your body to quit on you because you have not fueled it properly. This is a really good blog by Amy. If you want that definition you really need to cut down on processed food. Notice I did not say cut out fats or cut calories or even get rid of carbs. Foods labelled “diet” or “low calorie” many time do more damage and create more bloat than their full counterparts. I might also suggest looking into the Clean Eating books
Anyway, here is bog by Amy: http://aerialamy.com/blog/2012/09/13/pardon-have-you-seen-my-6-pack/

There are many threads here about inverting and also the pains of rushing inverting and getting injured. As others have said, this is not a race. Being safe and injury prevention should be top priorities.

There used to be 2 in FWB/Destin but I think it is down to one. There is a place also that teaches aerial out on the other side of Destin and possibly one pole studio in Pensacola.

http://www.destinpilates.com/I was correct, the one studio closed and the one in Pensacola was sketchy and I can no longer find the info about it.

You need to get the adjuster cover off in order to be able to retract the pole the whole way. Sadly if you tighten the screws right now you will not know if you are on the threads (BAD!!!!!) or in the channels (GOOD!!!).

I have a very narrow window with brass when it works for me; it is either too slick or too grippy. It is probably my least favorite pole material.

I have said it before and I will say it again, there is no such thing as a safe cheap pole! You will NEVER find a new pole for under $250 .
