Goo Gone I believe is a petroleum based solvent, which will leave an oily residue. The alcohol should work wonders for it. Worse comes to worse if you have access to the orange pumice hand cleaner that stuff is wonderful (GREAT for bath tub rings, too!!). Last would be a dilute mixture of LA’s AWESOME which can be found at pretty much any dollar store. It is a yellow liquid in a spray bottle with red lettering. DO NOT use it full strength, it will dry the crap out of your hands!

Lets call this inside leg hang and outside leg hang….when you say your left leg is hooked, is the pole against the left or right side of your body? Proper form would be that the leg that is extended would be on the same side as the arm that is extended and they should both be away from the pole.

I do not think that Empy’s original post was anything but opening up a conversation about this type of voting. It is sad the direction that the thread has taken. And yes, I do think that the intention of the thread was for the good of the community. How else will others who plan on hosting competitions get input from those of us that are actively involved in poling?

I also do not think that any post at least that I have read was intended as harmful. The east coast dweller in the west coast competition is a valid question. I doubt that many knew that where you live does not come into play. Again, helping the community that may want to compete in USPDF. I know that the Midwest competition that is being held next year specifically states must live in the Midwest, just as East meets West was specifically that.

The range here is $20-50 per class.

For someone running their own studio it may be less, especially when first starting out. I think it took the owner of Be almost a full year before the studio was self supportive.

All I will say is that I am very surprised that they opted to go this route after the fiasco that was Pole Star.

And, no, I am not voting.

The first class has only 2 positions left so a second has been added!

No, I don’t know if she was off. I know there have been questions on the forum about poling after a boob job though.

PB…check out this video of Felix. She does not have flat abs:

    Vixxxena

And for all those that wonder about boob jobs and poling look a little closer. Don’t know how long she has not been performing but I don’t think it has been long.

Can you straight edge from that into brass monkey? From brass monkey you can wrap your free foot behind the pole and then pull up.

With straight legs I think it is a reverse jade. Have never seen this version.

Women are meant to have a layer of fat over their abdomen, it is our protection for when we bear children. The only time I have ever seen people with completely flat bellies is either when they have had a tummy tuck or they have VERY low body fat…we are talking <15%. My husband says that the little bit of a pooch is sexy because it says that a woman is fertile and gives them more curves. If only we could all see it that way!!

No they are not the same brand. Different styles fit differently. I tend to wear a 9 in Ellie but a 10 in Pleaser.

I think working on rocketman might help in getting used to that armpit hold:

Stellar is really good at breaking down this move. He taught it to Luvlee rather quickly.

She was here I think the weekend of Chicago and had gotten out to Jasmine Dragons. I know Matt was trying to get her back to town to teach some workshops out there.

ROAD TRIP!!! (you are going to be busy as anything though after winning east coast USPDF)
