Hi there..sure can …as you approach into the aysha grip ….tuck your head around the pole…so your neck is resting against it slightly . This may burn… then slide your lower ARM down for a better lock on the wrist … at this point remove your legs from pole and hook one footer ankle onto the pole as u stretch into the pose …. hope it helps … i took my vids off as people thought I was the tess off pretty wild usa tv show …. sorry …ill be back with more soon…… tess x

Maybe not…..in looking at the photos again her elbow grip is more aysha-like. It really just looks like a variation of the rubber aysha.

This looks similar….called the rubber Fiona:

I remember seeing her do this in the video. I believe that she went from a CAR into a super extended bow and arrow type move. Instead of her back being to the pole she brought her side to the pole, reached down with the one hand and elbow gripped with the other.

Similar to this but with the bottom arm extended:

You can see from the above picture how you could easily move into Rockstar.

Polelushes has taken down all of her videos as someone mistook her for someone in a show. I was going to e-mail her through youtube but she has not even touched that account in a month. I found her on FB so I am going to send her a message there.

The photo was put up by polelushes. I think I am subscribed to her on my youtube channel and I recall seeing her get into this move once. I think. I cannot access youtube from work but I will try to find it later. To me it looks like she is going into a forearm/elbow iron X but her bottom arm looks more like she is coming out of an aysha variation that I cannot think of the name of. I call it the Karol aysha because she was the first one I saw doing it..

I am looking at how often you are doing buns of steel and it screams at me. Any body part needs a good 48 hours rest before working it again. Also most will not strength train over 3 days without a rest day. You also state that you are unable to do cardio because of an irregular heartbeat but then have Pole Fit which is high cardio listed on one of the days.

I have no idea what these videos entail so it is difficult to "critique".

What about events? Pantera is also coming to Cinci (not sure about the studio), Columbus (Dolphin) and Cleveland (Be) right before Detroit. BadAzz is going to be in Pittsburgh in September at OMYG (is that still considered Midwest??).

I don’t mean to sound rude seeing as you are new and everything. This has been extensively discussed here on the forum and if you search on either "olympics" or "petition" you will see the varied views. There are also several links to blogs and articles within the discussions.

Clean eating. Pick up the books, pick up the cookbooks, read and learn. Calorie counting is not necessary if you eat clean.

I have suffered with back and shoulder issues for the last 2+ years. This last one in my back is really beginning to annoy me as it has been over a month now. I had both going on right after Chicago and was able to get a massage therapist to work out the shoulder but my back is still an issue. Whenever I cough or sneeze it KILLS. I cannot stress enough massage. If you watch FB posts almost all of the "big names" go routinely for them.

Many massage schools offer deep discounts on massage from students. We have 2 in the area that offer $25/hour of massage. I have also found a few great places that do deep tissue and sports therapy. Check out Craigslist also. Some may be sketchy but many are people that are doing it on the side and need extra cash. You can usually tell by the ad.

Trust me, when you get a little older you are going to wish that you spent that $40 on a massage!
