I had about 8 foot ceilings and it was the original powder coated 50 mm pole.

Caffeine is known and has been studied to reduce pain and is commonly mixed with pain relievers. Coffee however is a mild diuretic and if you are already dehydrated can possibly lead to skin and pain issues.

MemberMarch 15, 2014 at 8:01 pm in reply to: Any suggestions on a good protien drink for after workouts?I am all about cheap but good protein. The best and cheapest I have found is Body Fortress Vanilla Whey Isolate. It is about $22 for a 2 lb tub at Walmart or Kroger and offers up 60g of protein at 260 calories. Basically after working out you want a fast protein which most of the time means whey. A fast protein breaks down and gets into your cells quickly. You want a slow protein prior to bed to keep feeding your cells, or basically casein. It takes a longer time to digest and therefore gives you a slow feed.
Many people who have had gastric bypass surgery use hydrolyzed protein, but there is no proof that it is any better than whey. And at usually 2-3 times the cost of whey for me it is not worth it. I have however bought the protein shots to keep in my workout bag when I used to lift just because they were easier and not as filling to chug after working out.
The only other proteins that I have found that are worth the money: Dymatize Elite Whey (OMG, their flavors are probably some of the best out there), Optimum Nutrition, and Fruit Blast the Whey (they have fruit flavors that are great in the summer time).

It is a fetish ball, and quite tame compared to the one that is held in Columbus every year. The cool thing about the fetish crowd is that they openly accept burlesque and pole and routinely have opportunities to perform on stage.

I was not going to call you out Kori. But now that you have put it out there, yes, Kori kissed me. If you look in my videos you can even see it (even though the videographer is far away).

If I had the choice and money was not an issues I would get an R Pole. I have heard nothing but amazing things about them. I will agree that while I love my X, setting up and transporting the stages is difficult. I have you by a bit of weight ItsEss and it takes me at least 3 trips to transport a XSL. The pie pieces alone weigh a TON. So you have one trip for the 2 sections of pie pieces, one trip for the frame and one trip for the pole.

During my one performance at the Fetish ball my partner and I were in a double inside leg hang and she reached down, grabbed my head and laid a kiss on me. It was not planned but was extremely appropriate for the performance we had. We were slaves vying for the attention of our Domme and had a whole kind of battle going on between us. So when we ended up playing on the pole together and then kissed at the end it was a great ending.

I don’t care if it was gimmicky….it was effin HOT.
As for the rest of the performance, meh. The lead up to the kiss, scripted. The actual kiss? Cold shower please.

Are you sure it is the screw that is stripped and not the key/wrench itself?

Cherished, in manufacturing there is a statistically significant number of widgets that are inspected and that is it. This is how most manufacturing of parts is done unless they have computerized scanners.

The original s factor poles were lil mynx stainless and were some of the slipperiest poles on the planet. I would never never never never never sand a chrome pole….EVER. Would you sand chrome wheels or a chrome bumper? The chrome is a thin coating over steel and if you break that seal you may have issues with your pole rusting in the future.

I still am amazed at all of the things I can do now that I never thought were possible!
