My pole is up in the garage which is where we have our gym set up also. Sometimes he is out there working out, sometimes not. I have no problems with him being in the same room while I practice.

I have yet to find a pair that I absolutely ADORE. However, ones that I have liked:

Target has boyshort undies that always come out with cool designs every few months plus they are about $5 a pair. My only issue wit these is that after a few washings they stretch out a bit and then tend to move around in the crotch area https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif .

Target also has a line called Gilligan O’Malley that has a boyshort type style. They run a little small but have a great fit. The only ones that are really good are the black and red…the other colors I have found to be a little see through.

Walmart carries a line of Hanes underwear that are boycut. The stitching on them makes them look like they have the crotch opening like men’s undies but they do not. When I am carrying a few extra pounds though these tend to roll a little at the waist.

I will also note that I am extremely short waisted and these are what have worked for me.

Never been a real fan of the teddy or the inverted teddy. And the only person that I have seen (and then duplicated) do a sexy climb is Felix. At the one pole competition out in Cali when she had her back kind of to the audience and then sort of twisted herself during the climb….very circus-y but very cool. I love Jenyne’s newest climbs, both side and regular where her toes are pointed and both legs release, bend and then grab in unison but they are more art-y.

If you cannot control a shouldermount dismount than even a slow chopper dismount looks good. Be careful though because this really stresses your back and shoulder muscles and if you do not have the strength you can hurt yourself. Can you get right side up from and invert on the pole (basically climbing over your legs)?

I hate to say it but any phone number that is 555-5555 has got to be bogus. That is the phone number frequently used in movies so that random people don’t get phone calls from curious viewers.

Hey Polekitty…..east or west of Panama City? My sister lives near Fort Walton Beach and we usually head down there every year. I would also choose living there as opposed to Ohio!

A guy that I work with has issues with his lower esophageal sphincter that causes him many issues. I am not sure about the nausea and vomiting though. I would seriously consider having an upper GI done.

They do make non-greasy suntan lotion:

    Walgreen’s Brand.

    There are bunches like this.

Here is a powder (much more expensive):

    Powder sunscreen

Oh, and sunscreen should be applied 15-30 minutes prior to exposure and then every 2 hours after that. So basically all the face creams that say SPF 20 and such are useless by mid day!

Don’t know if you all are fans of Pantera on facebook but she just posted last night looking for any polers in the El Paso area.
