Why were you on it for so long? Max time is only 6 months!

vdub…there are a few on here that are from Cinci. I think velvetvixen is one.

Next Saturday a bunch of us are getting together at a bar in Columbus.

PB…there is a forum called stripperweb that is ALL about the business. You might get all that you are looking for and then some over there.

They are hot shoes but I have twisted my ankle more than once landing in them.

I think it has to do with how much pressure you are putting on the pole with your feet. For this you really need to pull yourself up with your arms more than you push yourself up with your feet. Are you able to do an attitude spin/sunwheel (basically front spin with no feet on the pole)?

Can’t help with the second one since I cannot view the video right now.

I have these and I will tell you that they suck for pole dancing. I had them in Ellies and they were HUGE. Got them in Pleasers and there is no support around you foot for landing any move. They are great if you are looking just for show as they do not give you the squished toe look that the other ones do but that is about it.

I am used to not being able to talk to people about anything I do so it really does not come up in regular conversation. Probably the #1 reason I am on the forum so much!!!

2 with me and I am so unsure about the time. Knowing my husband we will get there some time between 9 and 10.

I think there are 2 variations of bow and arrow when it comes to hand placement. I cannot do the butt/neck placement so it has always been the behind the butt one.

Are you walking your hands down the pole to go into your CAR? Can you do a bow and arrow or "dangerous brain"?

For me I just reach my hands behind me wherever it is comfortable, drop kind of into the foot hold until my hands are secure and then go into a pencil and then bend. I don’t do this much because my back flexibility is nil and it just looks sloppy.

Very true. I’m sure it gets repetitive answering the same questions but its awesome how nice and helpful everyone is here. Definitely not what I’m used to on forums (I frequent a car forum, and all the boys are stupid lol).

I am on a bodybuilding-ish forum but it is more of the science behind and trust me, I know what "boys" can be like. It is kind of amusing at times but also annoying.

I’m sorry for posting such a noobish question https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_redface.gif

Don’t be sorry……that is what the forum is here for. We have all been where you are and the thing that is great about the pole community is that we are all willing to help out one another.
