Someone has a video somewhere of just doing the hold from the ground. Basically you have your back to the pole, grab with right or left arm (depending on how you are going to get up), back your legs as far back as you can while leaning as far forward as you can but still hanging on with one arm. At some point you need to trust yourself enough and just lift your feet off the ground. I strongly suggest not having the pole all the way to your hoo hoo and having large pillows or a crash mat down so you do not do a face dive. Oh yeah, thumb UP.
Does that make sense??

Not really sure how you can get into superman without inverting.
Boomlou (sp) has a video on youtube of all sorts of different ways to get into superman. I think that this might be it but I cannot access YT from work so I am not positive. If that is not it then that is definitely her channel.

Both of my legs hurt today….luckily I have not bruised. I think I am past the point of bruising but I will say that every time I cross my legs when I sit down it is a little painful.

OK…so we are definitely going to be in Columbus on the Arnold Weekend (March 5-7). Looking at maybe hitting Kickstand Pub either Friday or Saturday night….not confirmed yet. The place has live bands and has a pole right up front in front of the stage.

I also use dom arm extended, sub arm bent. For me on this I really needed to raise that bottom arm way higher than I would for butterfly. With my bottom arm closer I just could not get the balance (and I still cannot aysha with forearm grip…for this same reason).

Some times it is so hard to make that break, especially when the abuse is verbal and emotional. I urge anyone in this situation to just open up to someone who can help.

Pick up the Clean Eating cookbooks and magazine. There are so many really good low fat/good fat clean recipes in there. I feel so much better and look so much better when I try to stick to this way of eating.

The only one she has had any luck with has been Kelly(?). She has had SOOOOOO many problems in the last year that as soon as she calls they start attitude and are totally unwilling to help out. The stories are not good and have really put me off of ever owning a PS pole.
And as for warranty….all of her poles are over a year.

I really do not think you can over do teaching conditioning of the shoulders. My right shoulder is pretty messed up and once it starts to feel better I overdo something and it starts up again.
I would also suggest finding a really good massage therapist in the area who would consider exchanging discounts for advertising at the studio.

Amcut, I have those exact Hanes undies that I love. Walmart usually has a 2 pack for really cheap and they have fun colors, not to mention tanks to match.
I also have some undies from Target (Gilligan O’Malley) that fit nicely. The only problem with the Target ones is that they run kind of small. I have larges and I wear an 8/10 in pants.
