VB, I give you another 3 months before you have long hair again! -
I remember watching a pole competition recently where I believe a Russian competitor was thrown off a spinny pole when it came down.
The studio I go to had a PS pole break right in the middle.
Any pole can shift after installation, especially when you think about us flinging our bodies around on it like we do. It really should be checked routinely (like before use).

I will admit that my hacking was my bad. I have several passwords that I use for various things. My forum passwords are usually pretty weak because I could care less if someone logs in as me on a forum. I made the mistake of using my "weak" password on Facebook and within 2 weeks my account was hacked. Unfortunately I also had 3 other very old accounts set up with the same e-mail/password combo that were also hacked within a month of my FB account.
I thought I had gotten all of mine changed but it looks like I missed one…yep, my iTunes account was set the same as the others. Used to be that a 6 character password was considered "safe"…..um, not so much any more. -
I will also add that I have had many comments about my toes. Not really sure about that one but I will take it. It is usually men that comment and I would say that most if not all of them had some sort of foot fetish.
RM…I get the same comment about my weight all the time. I get guessed a lot lighter and also my size gets guessed at much smaller than what I am. I don’t have issue with either because I gave that up a long time ago (I am more concerned with health and BF than I am with a weight).

It took me over a year to get CAR after getting CKR and I am still iffy with it.

This was a HUGE battle for me because I learned this on my own at home. I was totally freaked out about going backwards on my pole. I learned this backwards first. What I did was lay on my back near my pole and then brought my legs up and inched my legs up as high as they would go. I basically had 3/4 of the backside of my body on the pole with my shoulders and head resting on the floor. Then I got my legs into the position and worked on bringing myself up into a crunch. It was not as scary going from floor up as it was going from pole down. Once I felt secure I was able to bring myself full up into a sit and then back down.
Just sharing what helped for me.

There is also a nose dive and the "sad girl" drop, again not as scary of a drop but still impressive.
Veena just did a video of one that she posted up.

A fun experiment I have been involved in for the last year or so is to compliment women whenever I am out. It is funny the looks and reactions that you get!
I just remembered about this site, too. This is GREAT:

MemberJanuary 16, 2010 at 3:39 pm in reply to: Back on the pole again and having feet painsI remember reading this quite some time ago. Instead of focusing on pointing your toes concentrate on pulling your heel to your calf (as if you were doing calf raises). This will give the illusion of pointing your toes without the toe curl issues.
