I am glad that Amy put up the posts that she did.

One thing about S Factor was getting used to the skin that you are in and loving it. This is also the reason that I love the Dove ads.

Women come in all shapes and sizes. That is what makes us so unique and special. I also do not think it is bad to take a critical look at ourselves as a motivation. If it is something that you do not like but can change then do it. Keep that video as a starting point.

I have old pictures of myself in a bikini that I look at every once in while. It was a slap in my face back then and I vowed that I would never let myself look like that again. I also try to take progress photos at least once a year. Even if my weight doesn’t change much I can see changes in my shape this way.

Give yourself credit for starting to do something that is good for your health. We all cannot be 5’6" and 120 lbs….how boring would that be??

There are 3 ladies that have recently introduced themselves here that are in The Netherlands but are a bit far away from Amsterdam.

As far as clubs go, any that I hit may be out of your comfort zone https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_twisted.gif

Also cannot help on any studios.

How long are you going to be there?

Tosca Reno just came out with a "Man" clean eating cookbook.

    Eat-Clean Diet for Men

Home made smoothies are another great way to get your man to eat better and more veggies.

I have had my 4 year old niece play on my pole as well as my now 14 and 16 year old step sons.

I agree with keeping the super sexy limited but I see no reason for kids to grow up not thinking anything major of having a pole in the house.

Deetron, I have been having a conversation over on a bodybuilding forum discussing soy in men. I will post a few articles for you. Notice release dates. There was a lot of pseudoscience floating around a few years back and many "experts" are still basing their theories on outdated information.

Women With Breast Cancer Who Consume Soy Food Have Lower Risk of Cancer Recurrence

If you look to the right side of this article you will see related stories. There is a lot of new research on breast cancer and soy. There is also a lot of new research involving men and soy.

I think the best videos out there for transitions and such is S Factor. They stress dance and sensual-ness over tricks. I know that Shawn Frances Lee just came out with a DVD called Slink Slide and Melt but I am not sure about the content.

Best way I can explain it….with your hand held high on the pole walk around as if you were doing a reverse grab spin. That final position of your upper hand is how the twisted grip is held.

    Welcome!

Veena has great videos and just practice practice practice! It will come with time. Spins are not so much about strength as they are getting your body in the proper position and letting physics take over.

I just made the mushroom stroganoff and it was really freaking good. It replaced most of the cream and sour cream with blended tofu and used whole wheat noodles and used white and portabella mushrooms.

This thread gave me the push to go back through my magazines and look over the recipes. I now have stuff in the house to make at least 4 clean meals.
