You will most likely incur luggage fees, either because of weight or number of pieces.

Dwiizie- look for massage schools in your area. They often have student massages for very cheap!

You have a new infatuation/love that is not him. If you do not tell him how you feel it will only fester. There are threads upon threads upon threads of behavior like this. What he did is plain disrespectful and he needs to be called on it.

And the tearing is from trying to do this as a spin on a static pole.

This video was linked in this thread but David does a pretty good job of explaining it. https://www.studioveena.com//videos/view/46af99ae-bcf6-11df-856f-001b214581be

Here is a thread from a little while ago: https://www.studioveena.com/forums/view/4d2233de-8a48-4992-bd6d-7c4f0ac37250
It is also called a Frodo. The trick to this is using your forearms pressed into the pole as your contact points.

The threaded section that is exposed alone is 7.75 inches (a little over 19.5 cm). There is another 5.5-6 cm that is threaded into the bottom piece. HOWEVER, there needs to be a set amount screwed into the rest of the pole, hence the reason the adjustor cover is only so long. You should have no issues at that height with your pole. I am unsure where you are seeing this O ring.

What kind of pole is it? What are you using to clean it? Have you changed soaps? Have you changed grip aids? Our bodies are constantly changing so there is a possibility that you are having a reaction. Try benadryl gel prior/after poling or taking allergy meds and see if that helps. It may just be contact dermatitis.

This was a REALLY hard move for me and one that I am still not completely stable in all the time. For me finding the perfect balance point was key. Also, it required me to have my cooch way closer to the pole than I do for the regular plank. It does not matter how short/long your arms are, what is important is creating that angle. Your hand should be nowhere near your butt as it is for a wrist seat and that arm should be straight. There is also a twist of the torso involved so it is not just a straight line.

I typically wear a 9.5 and will order 9s in Ellies and 10s in Pleasers.

I am unsure what help you are seeking?

Have you tried tite grip? It is an antiperspirant.
Powder is grippy if you have normal dewy warm skin. However if you have very sweaty hands it will not help and may be one of the worst as the powder coating has very low porosity leaving nowhere for the moisture to go.

Diet is 90% of weight loss. I know many women who have lost and toned up JUST with pole, but you have to do it more than once a week and you have to push yourself. I also would look to take a Zumba class instead of doing it at home as we will push harder in a class than by ourselves.
