You can find those feet at any Lowes or Home Depot.
Mine did not have the skid pad and I used the rubber feet also.

I cannot tell you how many plateaus I have hit in the last years. When you start out moves comes easy and you are always learning something new. Then comes your first plateau which may last a few months and then you start hitting stuff again. I have hit 6 month plateaus and they SUCKED. You will find a bunch of threads on here about this exact thing and what people do to get through them. This is the time that so many try other aerial arts, or it is when they start to focus on strength training or dance or something to keep that learning process going. Some times all it takes is traveling somewhere to take a workshop or go to a pole show to motivate.
This is typical. It happens with pretty much every sport. The hard part is not throwing in the towel because you are frustrated.
Come back to this thread in 3 months and tell us what happened.

I am STILL working on making my inverts pretty and I have been in the game for 5+ years! I am constantly playing with moves though. For me what really gave me control with inverts was working the reverse inverts and totally working against gravity to have the control to make it smooth. Once I was able to control that all the way my inverts became prettier.

I would also see if there is an anonymous site where you can report your supervisor.

Step with outside foot close to pole and then pivot pivot pivot pivot pivot (you get the picture). At some point your butt will be towards the pole and that leg that you stepped next to the pole with will touch the pole. When it touches the pole, lift both legs and spread your knees and try to touch your toes together. It looks prettier if you arch your back and look over the inside shoulder.

Joel's first pole I think was just galvanized steel which is horrible for grip. When you start looking into the cost of a good material fore the pole it starts getting expensive. I know probably the best place to get stainless is through Summit Racing or the like and look at stainless exhaust pipe. For brass Markstaar has about the best prices.

2" Stainless (10 foot lengths toward bottom of page):

I am not sure if it is on the market yet. I know that it has been shown at quite a few shows and I think premiered at the very first pole expo about 3 years ago. I think Mary Ellyn was the first person I saw posting about it. Maybe XPole Tech will see this and respond.

Amy had a blog about them a few years back. She found the best thing was a cutter style thingy. http://aerialamy.com/blog/2011/05/24/recent-buys/
Mine have not gotten to the point of needing anything quite yet but I will say that if I go swimming or sit in the hot tub they do peel. I also know people who have ripped theirs which is completely unpleasant.
This thread is very helpful also:

Corby, do you have the 40? I know there was something different about the way the 40 was designed that has this issue. That is the only thing I have ever heard of with regards to it not dropping down.

If you have the cover all the way up and tight this should never happen. I have to screw mine numerous rotations before it finally sits in its final resting place and once it is there it takes some oomph to get it to loosen again.

My first pole was a used Lil Mynx and I sold it for almost what I paid for it 4 years later. Check craigslist. You may be able to find a used GOOD pole. If you do not stick with it at least you can sell it for what you put into it. You cannot say that for the $100 pole that you posted. Also, I have said it before and I will say it again, there is no such thing as a safe pole for under $150. Is your safety really not worth it in your mind?
