I’m allergic to most over the counter deodorants. I can’t even sleep next to my husband if he’s wearing certain deodorants. We both take chlorophyll supplements which you can buy anywhere. I have also found that when I eat more tofu and less red meat I stink less! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

Thank you Veena! I want to take your online lessons soon. What I really need is one on one live in person lessons. There is only one place here in Portland, Oregon to do that unfortunately. You see I live in Beaverton, outside of Portland, with school it’s hard to go timing wise. Do you have any connections in the Beaverton area? Yes, I am working hard on my strength. I lift weights and I am doing a lot of body weight exercises now. I just love putting on some music and working myself into a sweat on the pole. I don’t understand why anyone has to be negative about it at all. FYI, you are an amazing pole dancer. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumleft.gif It just blows my mind to see someone do the things you do with such ease. Because I know now how hard it is! Take care! Chris

Thanks ladies,
I just learned how to invert so I know that my technique isn’t great. Plus, my strength isn’t all it should be yet to straighten up. The skin feeling like it’s tearing always pulls me back, yet I know that I need to do to stick to the pole. I intend to take some lessons here soon. It’s just that I was bruising so much and I wondered if it was normal. I had to get past the back of the knee pain and the between the legs pain too. That part sucks.
I’m not going to quit though! This is the only exercise I’ve ever done that just keeps growing and changing with you. For the first time in ages I feel like I am truly challenging myself completely. And despite the negative attitude of some people towards it, it makes me feel sexy as well as strong and empowered. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif
