I met Lux ATL in Jamaica. Yes, she’s real and empowering.

Repeating the Flexibility training (started with Day 14 as advised) and doing the Caterpillar training. Adding Bowflex (Cardio) and additional strength training when needed.

I’ve met a lot of famous pole dancers, but I follow Veena. Sometimes I’ll look at polers on Instagram, especially Roz “The Diva” Mays.

I love foam rolling! However, I need to purchase a better foam roller than I have. The one I have is cheap, and it loses it’s shape sometimes.

With regard to vodka, I had to use it when I was in Jamaica at a resort and playing on their pole. They didn’t have the proper cleaning supplies.

I use rubbing alcohol. Also, I learned from Veena that I can use the hot steam from my iron to warm up my pole. (Steam hits it. Then I immediately wipe it down.) That’s a way to clean it too. That’s what I did today.

Do whatever you can. The 69 bucks is so worth it. You pay so much more the other way.

I don’t bother with Keto or any of those. I eat a healthy diet and I exercise. That said, I went to California, pigged out on junk, and gained five pounds. To lose those five pounds, I’m reducing my calories and exercising. I’m 57, and my common sense approach to losing weight still works.
