If I am a beginning beginner, do I start out with the 30 day take off or do I just work on the basic warm ups then the pole strength exercises?

@StudioVeena, I did the day 3 lesson on the 30 day lessons. I am following them step by step and I don’t skip around. The pole hold that you are talking about I did not see the one the way you described. Im still on the thirty day take off. Was I supposed to be doing something different? Am I doing something wrong?

@DestinyCorrine I have pole grip gloves that I use sometimes. I try to do it without the gloves to get the feel. But these are football grip gloves. When I was doing the pole hold, I kept my belly away from the pole. I though that was the proper position. I did extend my arms a few times. Thanks I will try next time. Thank you. I did not know that there were different type of shoes. I just thought that any pair of heels would work. Thanks for that valuable information. I plan on practicing without the heels and getting a pair for when I feel lucky on certain days but high heels are def my next step, practicing in high heels. Do you have a picture of shoes that would be a good example DestinyCorrine

Thank you very much! LiMarie, did you have struggles in the beginning of your pole dancing career? Im very excited to have started this. I just had a baby back in feb. and this pregancy did a number on my body. Its ridiculous. Lol.. As far as your level, what would you consider yourself be?

Are there any specific shoes that you should wear? what if you dont normally walk in heels?

Do it really matter the mm size of the pole.. i have a 50mm
