I just logged on and it has been about 9 years since I logged on. All my videos are gone. Were all of them deleted when you redid the site? Are we able to share videos directly without a link like we can pictures?

That’s weird. I wonder if it was just a mistake and she didn’t notice you were active. Hmm. I can ask her if you want. I haven’t posted in there but I like and comment so I think it was a mistake.

Was it the booty bounce group? If it was its because she was removing people that never posted stuff I believe. It wasn’t to be rude or anything. If it is that group I’m sure you could be added back in. She is a nice person and I wouldn’t take it personal. I belong to a few groups and some are horrible but others are awesome. I’m not going to name any on either side but feel free to message me about any!

For safety… I personally would not get any pole other than an xpole, lil minx or platinum stages. I have owned a lil minx, and the one from spencers at the mall (not the carmen elektra one, the one meant for tricks etc.) 2 xpoles and a cheap one from amazon. I will not buy another brand other than xpole as of yet. Nothing wrong with the other 2 pro brands I mentioned, I just prefer the way it holds and doesn’t make my ceiling creak like the lil minx. Also the lil minx I could pole the bottom out too easily regardless of the flooring and anti slip mat it comes with. I have used that brand on carpet and hardwood and laminate. But others have had no problems whatsoever with them. Just stick with the 3 pro brands mentioned and make sure it is installed properly and you should be fine. Stay away from the cheap amazon/ebay ones and make sure any xpole etc.. dealer is legit!!

Sorry so long!! Just wanted to share some info and it is just my preference and experience.

I have personally owned a chrome pole, titanium gold pole and a powder coated pole. I have used stainless steal, brass, and a pole sleeve. I prefer for myself powder coated or brass. I just got my chrome 45 xpert powder coated at a local shop black glitter 🙂

I tend to sweat easily and my grip can be horrible even on a powder coated, but brass and powder coated have been the best so far. It depends on your skin, weather (humidity etc) and if you are really sweaty. If you found yourself constantly having to wipe the pole and or keep applying grip aids during your practice or both then you might like a powder coated. But they can be too grippy for some. It really just depends though and it can change from day to day. The ideal situation would be to try a powder coated. Or even a chrome pole or TG might be a little more grippy for you. You can always find a playground with powder coated equipment and try it out lol. If you don’t have a problem with the stainless steel and you are trying to save money, they can be the cheapest of the finishes.

My titanium gold was a little more grippy than stainless or chrome. Brass is awesome for me but I wouldn’t want it for static spins, it’s a little uncomfortable lol. I am soo ungrippy that I have to use grip aids on my powder coated and when I use a brass. I get super sweaty and no matter what your pole is, sweat will make you slip and also it can gunk up the pole if you are using too much grip aids and you can get the opposite effect. So if you have to apply a lot all the time then get a grippier pole. Not all grip aids or poles are the same for everyone though. Some people find stainless steal just fine. Demographics can play a role as far as weather is concerned too. It is just all personal preference.

I agree to not buy a cheap pole. Save a little more money if you have too. I have had crappy poles and seen others and they suck lol. They fall, break and even bow really bad in the middle. I had mine fall with me on it and I almost went through a 60″ plasma tv. Stick with professional brands like xpole, lil minx and platinum stages and be wary of any suppliers on ebay and amazon. LOTS and lots of knock offs claiming to be xpole etc..

I would go for laminate or sprung flooring. Hardwood is too hard. My oak hardwood in one of my rooms is like cement on the knees. When we remove the carpet from my living room/pole space lol, i am putting laminate over the hardwood.

My ceiling is about 7-8 feet. I got the 10ft from Fabpole. I just tie up the ends if it keeps wrapping around the pole. If you had tall ceilings i would go for a larger size personally.

Yeah, makes me want to go do all these “Dirty” moves and make a dirty girl montage 😉

I personally love a lot of these moves even though some i can’t do and some i can but don’t use it in dances. I just like to be able to do stuff just because lol. I personally like all the sexy moves like teddy, wavy legs, booty scoot, wrist sit etc.. I agree though, there is a trashy way and a tasteful way to execute most. Also wardrobe plays a big part 😉

If I wanna feel strippery and dance like that, then I do. If I am feeling artsy fartsy i will try that. My tastes and styles change depending on my mood and I find some moves not very pretty depending on who is doing it. But I generally like all moves and they all require skill to execute well so yeah… To each their own!

    Happy birthday!!!

  • So I finally got the money refunded and they took $20 off the price of the outfit so half off. I am just glad it’s over. As far as the cell phone thing and hard to get a hold of, the last person i talked to said they were pretty small and do a lot of work from their personal phones. I don’t think they have any departments so to speak, it is just a few people I believe. So I got my money back and got a discount so it all worked out and I would buy from them again, I love the outfit, but I would use cash lol
