I get that and understand that. I personally think that using your cc or paypal both caries risks. Doesn’t matter. Also the fact that paypal and amazon etc.. are bigger so they are bigger better targets so to speak… I was just saying that comment about the fraud department because I had people saying it was impossible that happened etc.. “That don’t happen because they are big”… That don’t mean shit lol. That was my point about the fact that it happens.

I personally use my cc but I don’t just use it on any site or anything. I also never store my card number when I don’t have to (ie netflix etc). I put it in everytime to pay my bills etc even though that isn’t fool proof.. I had to redo my password 2 times already for my bank to pay my mortgage because someone trying to put in my password wrong. Anything online is risky. I also have a iso image saved on disk for my computer password that can get your password up to like 15 characters in 30 minutes because once that is lost, you cant ever get it back without re-doing your pc. Passwords can be hacked just the same. Even through a company that stores passwords. My point was that it doesn’t matter, doing anything online can be risky whether you use paypal or a cc. The fraud department told me that they gained access to my paypal account, whether it was through email or what I don’t know. I never click on links through my email and try my best to be smart but it can happen no matter what.

I get what everyone is saying. I have had my cc number stolen online. But i have had more problems with paypal and it was harder to fix because they freeze up everything and it took me forever to fix it. Some people hacked my paypal 2 times and tried to withdraw over 1000 from my checking account because of paypal. The only reason it didn’t go through was because the number i had stored had changed and I never updated it. It was from paypal,2 different times. I also had some horrible things from ebay which is why I refuse to use it. People were like “paypal and ebay are super secure”…Why do they have their own fraud department then lol.. They are secure but nothing is foolproof. My experience has been worse with paypal then using my card. It was more of a hassle to fix and correct my issues with paypal then it has been with my bank and cc. people think they have a sense of security using paypal and that is great but doesn’t mean things don’t go wrong with them everyday. Look up consumer complaints. They are a pain to deal with or it was when this happened to me. Thats just my story… Using anything online including paypal is a risk. I personally hate paypal. I’m not alone either.

I also have back problems and had bulging disks etc..I think pole has helped me sooo much but be careful and make sure you talk to your physician and go slow. You only have one back and it can cause so many other problems if it isn’t in good condition.

Thanks for listing the right lessons together! I will try to work on them and be consistent. I know the hip flexor exercise, i have a hard time not using the right muscles, my quad wants to fire and I’m not sure I’m doing it right lol

I can use my phone but the position and location would be to small to see anything properly if I was trying to do as i was watching. I would like to be able to use my xbox or something on my tv.

I have the lessons and have viewed most of them. They are great and I love the way you explain them and have additional videos below for help with the current one. I personally think they are well worth the price. It would be nice to have some more intermediate/advanced moves. Not saying I can do all of the ones you already have but some more options would be nice. Also like Nilla said, more dance choreography 🙂

The only thing that keeps me from really using the lessons is I already know how to do a lot of the moves I have seen on here that i like to do and the fact that my pole is in my living room and not my computer. I just set up my other pole in another small bedroom but I don’t have access to the lessons in either area. I could use my phone but i like to watch and do as I’m watching and repeat, rewind or replay easily if needed instead of going into another room to do it and back and forth if that makes sense. I want a darn smart tv and xbox one lol! I think i could on either one of those but your videos wont play on my xbox360. So that is my main reason. Sucks too because i want to go through every lesson and perfect each as best i can from the very beginning to the advanced in order but it’s a pain not being able to see the video while i’m working on it..For me anyways.

Yes the lessons here are great and are well worth the price of membership. Things like other dancing types like lyrical, jazz, ballet and hip hop. Yoga and pilates are wonderful additions to any dance or exercise routines especially pole imo. Pole is a whole body workout so really anything will help.
