Also, they will remove your video posting capabilities if your videos get removed to many times for copyright.

Your friends don’t have to report you, facebook has a filter that filters through videos for copyright music etc..that is listed with the RIAA I believe. It happens automatically. Mine have been deleted before to. I asked about this here the other day and how to get around it. Unless you want to get multiple licenses to use music for internet. Try this site to download music that has a creative common license to use with video and streaming. Just check the license on each songs page (on the right hand side) to make sure because they all can be a little different. It will tell you how you are allowed to use the music. Most are ok as long as it isn’t for commercial use. The other way around it is to post it here and use the share your video with facebook link. Apparently this way it won’t get filtered. Here is that site for music. I have downloaded songs and had no problem. You don’t even need to sign up.

Forgot to mention that if you order a studioveena pole, they will cut it to fit your height of ceiling for free I believe.

Welcome to Studioveena!! It’s a great place for us polers 🙂 If you are using IE to view videos that might be why. Try chrome if your not using it. I have problems with IE working properly with the site, or did. I haven’t tried it in a while. Mine is in my living room to and I don’t have a lot of height either. It depends on how tall you are and if your wearing heels. I always hit my ceiling. It is good to have enough room around you to safely spin without hitting anything. I have an xpole and they make extensions and a top for vaulted ceilings if you were going to rent a space. I am working on getting a lil minx or studioveena pole (same brand). My cousin has one and the grip is great, it only has one screw at the top and you can take the pole down easier then xpole if your not using it or you have company come over.

Try looking down and make sure you are engaging your upper arm and not hanging so you can pull with your upper arm and push with your lower arm while engaging your core to lift and tilt your pelvis up if that makes sense.

I go to Divine as well and take the inversion class in seattle and the pole power hour on saturdays with Danae. I used to go to the kirkland one but I am closer to seattle now. I signed up for the workshops in July with Karol Helms. I havent been to the studio in a about a month, been busy.
