I put on extra long leg warmers tonight to do the splits routine. I love them-they have no feet, and extend from ankles to my butt, and still have a little room for some scrunching (purchased at that place I mentioned earlier). Anyway, hubby came in and told me I looked cute – so I'll definately wear more leg warmers now https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

Ewa…I love the really long ones, too! I love ordering them from Sock Dreams. They do reviews and let you know if they fit tight (which I hate), or if they're roomy eneough not to give you a thigh muffin top.

I need to learn the moves, so I started playing the dvd, watched the instructional chapters (only made it through the first 6-8), then did each move for 60 sec each…sounds too easy right…? NO! These are some challenging moves-in a good way! I totally see them working our core, booty, abs, hip flexors, and legs! Don't forget to wear some shorts/pants with wording on them to enhance the view ; )

@fiyastarter. what’s going to be on the next dvd-or at least the subject: more bootyclap ( I can’t imagine what else one can do with their butt), floorwork, etc…?
Btw, I’m going to be working these moves into my freedances ; ) -
I wore my bodybugg to my level 2 class (1 hr clas) and it showed about 250 calories burned per hour. At times it showed up to 4 calories per minute, which is about what I’d burn alternating walking & running. Straight out sprinting was 6 calories per min, so poling is a great calorie burner!

Just got mine today-I love the upbeat and fun attitude! I had to try a few of the moves–I am surprised to say that they work…’cause I consider myself pretty close to bootyless! The moves are shown and explained well, then followed by written tips for each move. I love my free gift-it’s hot!

@ Rosemay, thanks for the comparison of Veena to Be Spun – I have been considering purchasing them, but now I'm thinking I'll pass.

At my age, I would be pissed off and probably make a fool out of myself if someone tried to physically push me deeper into a stretch! I would think it would seriously open the instructor and studio up to …well, a MESS ! I would not stand for this!
