Please don't give up .. everybody has to go at there own pace, whatever that is! We all have our strengths and you just need to find yours, maybe the pole sit (a good thigh grip) you'll need to work to work on more , maybe you have more upper body strength. Some struggle with the dance part of pole and some can work it … if you really want to keep going just find what your strengths and weaknesses are and maybe go from there .. I hope it works out for you … just remember we all struggled with something : )
