I have all of Jamilla’s DVD’s and have been a huge fan for years! I can’t believe I will have the opportunity to meet her as well as train with her on the same poles! I can’t wait! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Hey Angel,
Just saw you posted the Jamilla info for me first! So funny, I actually tried to do it on Thursday but was having issues with my internet connection so I couldn’t get back to it before now! Thanks pole sista’! Hope you are going to come up for a few of these. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif -

MemberNovember 7, 2009 at 2:46 pm in reply to: Practicing spin mode – getting really sick /:I used to get really queasy working on the spinny mode as well! What I have found that helps me is wearing Sea-Bands. They are wrist bands that use acupressure to alleviate motion sickness and nausea. You can find them at most drug stores along with the motion sickness meds or behind the counter. I actually wore them for morning sickness during both of my pregnancies. Between the bands and just pacing my workouts and alternating between spinning and non-spinning modes, I really haven’t had a problem. Hope this helps!!!
