Veena this was a great, honest demo of both poles. There was no bias as some people are saying. It showed for itself which was best!!! Platinum Stages was scary!!! And I can't imagine how scary it would be with a extra 2 foot extension on it

I’ve never bruised there from inverting. Could just be that your technique needs perfecting or u did it frim some other trick you were practing

I got a few stretch marks after a breast augmentation. I used strivectin sd and they totally went away. I know they say thats not possible but I can’t even guess where they used to be. Idk if it’s because I treated them immediately while they were new or what but I swear by it! You can strivectin for half off at tjmaxx! And it’s cheaper off ebay.

wow i've never heard of this. i don think this would be something for me. how does the diva cup not cause toxic shock syndrome when tampons can? I thought that anything left in the vagina for an extended period of time can cause TSS because of bacterial build up. so i dont believe that statement is true.

your bruises will get better! i bruise a lot less now then i did when i first started poling. my foot was black and blue when i was first climbing and i have no idea because climbing has always been easy for me! but now it's nothing like that although i can bruise a little if i climb a whole lot in a class.

sounds like a muscle cramp or spasm. make sure you're getting enough electrolytes in your diet! eat a banana and/or drink a gaterade!!
