I'm very active, take multivitamins, eat healthy, etc. before I started drinking shakeology and didn't feel bad or fatigued so I can't say it made me feel any better. I know that it makes an easy option for a healthy snack and it's an easy way to get enough diary in my diet. I really like the stuff and i'm glad I found it. My only suggestion is to order it off ebay as its expensive and you can find good deals on ebay! And I just use half the scoop because the scoop is HUGE and even half the scoop is very chocolately. That makes your bag last even longer.

I drink shakeology. However I don't use it as a meal replacement though. i use it as a healthy snack. I think it tastes delicious!! It doesn't taste like dark chocolate to me ??? More like milk chocolate, I think it just depends on that person's taste perference. I think it's great.

do those stretches everyday until you can do your stretches and even after you can do your stretches they are still beneficial. other stretches are also beneficial as well though!! those are just the most beneficial, direct, get you there as fast as possible in my opinion!! good luck!

Hi I'm a certified athletic trainer and assist athletes with flexibility everyday. Here are stretches to help you with your side stretches.
Hamstring stretch:

This is the best hamstring stretch IMO becuase it takes out your low back so it focuses solely on your hamstring. Make sure your leg is directly straight in front of your body!! Not out to the side! Do 3 sets and hold for 20-30 seconds each. Stretch to the point of a pull, not pain. You can do this multiple times a day 6 days a week.
Hip flexor stretch:

3 sets of 20-30sec. Make sure you keep your chest up facing the wall infront of you as much as possible.
Then I usually stretch like this 3 sets of 20-30 sec:

And then I go down into my split as far as I can for 3 times and hold it for 20-30 secs.
HTH! 🙂

The xpole installation instructions says to have enough room to have your arms outstretched around all sides of your pole when up. Has worked well for me. And yes my pole is up in my living room too! BOOO! But better than nothing! lol

Just pole dance because you want to. To me it seems like they're saying it's for Jesus so people won't judge them for pole dancing. We've all experienced judgement for going to pole fitness classes. Some people believe it's the same thing as stripping. This is their form of self-protection from being judged. They should care less what other people think and just do it for fun. It's great exercise, great self-expression, and personally I think it's art! It's beautiful! I think Jesus would be just fine with it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

My studio instructor told me that the 50mm was more of a standard. All of our poles at our studio are 50mm. I would be interested to see what a 45mm feels like!

i'm definitely enjoying the decrease in appetite that comes along with topamax but i would love a decrease in headaches as well! i may have to try a gluten free diet to see if that helps at all. i really hope i can find something that helps. i just can't go on like this! it also seems like exercise is a trigger, so poling can actually make it worse! 🙁

i've had migraines since i was 3 years old. recently they've become worse. i have about 2 a week. it's horrible. i've taken medication when i get them, which usually makes me feel worse before i get better. i am now taking topamax everyday as a preventative measure. i've only been taking it for about a month and a half now so i'm really hoping it will work but as of now no luck. i'm really interested in the food allergy aspect of it. i dont know how to get tested or if my insurance will even cover it but i am interested in seeing if am allergic to gluten or something like that. i know that some foods like, pickles, bananas, certain cheeses, lunch meats, are triggers for me. but i avoid those and still get random migraines 2x a week and still get headaches multiples times a week. i would love to get rid of these! i'm starting medical school in august and am on a mission to at least decrease them before then!!
