Hi to my fellow polers! I’ve been in a rut as far as working out and poling so I’m jumping head first into P90X and wanted to hear some feedback from those that completed it. (Cough Sissybuns https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif Also I don’t have all the info about the diet part so wanted some advice on what to eat before and after the workouts. Hoping this will help me get back on my feet as far as poling is concerned and also help with some depression that’s set in lately. And after many failed and very frustrating attempts in which I nearly turned Hulk, I learned the Jenyne "slinky"/cartwheel down the pole. That was one of those tricks in which the entire class was able to figure out except for me at the very end. I hate it when that happens
LOL you weren’t the only one! That trick is sooo cool but way over my head. I was at the workshop but didn’t know any of the SV girls who might have been there. Next time I’ll say hi cricket! Jenyne was definitely a trooper that day. Was great meeting verucablue at the show!!
