I practice pole 4-5 days a week with flexibility stretching every day (switching between back mobility and splits). Each day is about 1-2 hours.

I hate static https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif My pole is pretty much always on spinny unless there is a static move only like the reverse grab that I am working on.

Right now mine are the Superman and the Icarus. In the Superman I am SO close, I just can't get my butt to flip over and I don't feel secure with my top hand. I feel like I'm pretty close with the Icarus too….it just never fails that everytime I try as soon as I get my neck into position on the pole I lose all grip in my knee pit and can't get it back. UGH so frustrating.

I will be there supporting a couple of friends of mine 🙂

I just started this yesterday, finally got my lessons back! 🙂 So I am now on day 2 and I think this is awesome so far! I can see how this is going to help me even after the 30 days setting up a schedule for myself. I have been so unorganized with my workout schedule up until now so I am really excited for this 🙂

Oops! I just realized my email address for paypal is different then this site. Just checked my old email address and the shipping info is in there, scheduled for delivery tonight! YAY! Thank you

I ordered mine last friday and it still hasn't shipped out yet (almost a week later), is that normal?

Turned out to be a fluid build up in the carpal tunnel :-/ it's been almost a week and still no feeling in my finger so they put it in a splint. Kind of strange…hopefully the feeling comes back soon

Kaylie, I am currently taking classes at Pole Prowess! I absolutely love it! I was taking classes at Pussycats Pole Dance and it was too much sensual dancing and not enough pole tricks for my taste. I think Prowess has the perfect balance of everything I'm looking for which is why I'm so nervous trying a new studio

Thank you! You all have been so helpful! All of these studios seem great I may have to check out them all! I feel so much better now about this move (even though it's a few months away still) knowing that there are some good studios close by https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

That would be great too! I went to school in Cincinnati for about a year and made that hour and a half trip from Columbus so I would definitely be up for that occasionally https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Ohhhh nice! I will definitely check out Studio Rouge then! Thank you!https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

@polergirl do you go to either of those studios or have you ever taken classes at either? I think I tried to look at information about Infinity but was not able to get to a website for them. I would love to have a pole jam buddy as well! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
