I have had major medical problems including 17 surgeries and implants to cover a pain signal as well as a morphine pump that has been removed for 5 years.  Dealt with major depression  and was in a wheel chair for over 1 year as well as had no use of right arm for more than 10.  Poling is healing to me in the worst of times.  It reminds me I'm alive inside and out.  I can move and live be what makes me happy.  Poling is something I struggle to succeed at but know that I can and will reach my goals.  They told me I would die….. more than 7 years ago…. I'm here, I'm free, I'm poling…that's me!!!!  Never let them tell you you can't!!!!  You can!!!  Always with health and healing and personal success in mind; I love me today!

I dont' know  the names to a lot of the moves I'm sorry.   I sit on the pole holding with my thighs and lean back, back of head facing pole, still holding with thighs, this is where i'm noticing the tail bone banging the pole.

Thank you guys.  I noticed I hold the pole really high between my thighs, trying to hold more mid thigh now.

I am a bit curious how we know what level we are at?  There's so much I don't know but thru the videos have learned some pretty cool tricks.  I'm not sure about transitions…. so where am I?

aww thanks.  It feels good to be a part of your excitement. I know with me when I decided I wanted it, I wanted it right now!!! Then it was out of stock https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif I could have chosen a 40 at that point but i wanted the 45 cuz I've heard it's most commonly used in competions.  I'm glad I waited I'm extremely happy with my choice.

Im proud to say I got the pics posted. not real good ones but i hope you get the idea. my hand almost goes completely around the pole, just a small gap remaining.  I can take more if you'd like and hopefully do a better job. lol

Going to try to load the photos in the site here.  If that doesn't work for me I'll let you know.

I can take pics of the pieces that i did not need for my ceiling hieght as well as the pole in place.  showing you the adjuster area will also be very simple. here's my problem…. not very tech savvy so can I load the pics to the site or do you want them in your email??

The hand holds are more comfortable and my confidence level sky rocketted after the first use.  Spins and leg grips are much more secure.  But my pole is still really new and im sure there will be adjustments to go thru.  Grip/slip figuring me and the pole out, that kind of thing.  Now, you can scratch my car but NOT MY POLE!!! LOL

I just got my 45 chrome last week.  I did have a cheapy 50 powder coat. The new pole is so amazing!  Can't begin to say enough good things about the new pole.  Things are so much easier for me!  Even my boyfriend was impressed with the quality and design of the new pole. If you can impress that guy, you've done something! lol
