It's not necessarily what you can do today but where your going with it!  At least that's what I tell myself.  I want all the moves but sometimes forget to work on presenting them beautifully.  That's a long time, I can't wait to see your video!  Glad your back

Wow I have learned a lot from this thread.  I've always had just an average chest at best. Tissue breakdown from breast feeding and hereditary I think, my mom had the same chest.  She now has implants. I thought thats what I wanted so I could be pretty naked too.  I think for some women there just has to be something we want and don't have.  For me it's breasts.  After my augmentation consult and getting ready for labs I realized I wasn't so thrilled with the idea.  Sometimes I still have the overwhelming desire to have that but it goes away quickly.  I'm okay with me and don't really feel the need to volunteer for another surgery, go thru recovery and face the risks.  I'm good! lol

I just realized that I made a huge error in my post about the August Challange… *I'm NOT entirely pleased with this video! Big oops lol  I know I can do better, this was late and after practice, as well as an incredibly emotional day… anyway thanks for letting me be here.

Miss Fire, there is nothing wrong with you, there is however something seriously wrong with the way you have been treated.  Everyone has a starting point and they are all different.  Don't get discouraged, Veenas lessons can help you build the strength and stamina and confidence in yourself that you want…. because we all want to be confident.   Don't give up we are here for you.

Chem, my mom used to tell me that no one can hurt you unless you choose to let them… I'm guessing thats on the same level.  I let myself by hurt… did then still do… don't want to be "heartless" just want to "use my heart less"!

I take a vitamin combination for joints, I know it helps cuz when I don't take it for awhile I suffer lol  It's by Animal, I don't know that much about it really, thats horrible to say I know.  I was lucky enough to have a fella that never saw me as sick much less "older" and he did a lot to help me build not only my confidence but my physical health and strength.

I played on a cheapy pole for about a year off and on just cuz I wanted to be sexy like other girls… lol  I know….. I'm 43 no splits, not real flexible, I thought I was hella fit from lifting weights.  I bought the Xpole and started to get serious watching the videos on the site (no classes). I started practicing the moves I saw other girls and realized I was not so fit after all!!  Actually just started Veena's classes and everything I thought I knew… well it's falling into place now.  Thanks Veena
