i find that you really have to focus on keeping it closer to your hip other wise the pressure ends up pushing on your ribs and it def hurts. i'm actually short too 5 ft 1in so i can relate with needing to be precise with getting into the move correctly

oh wow my friends and i always joked that one of our friends is asexual and I did not think that theres actually a community of people who are asexual….but yes she always talks about how if she wants to get married or if she were toget married that she doesn't want to have any sexual aspect of it.  She just wants it to be like they're friends but married.  She still sometimes says that a guy is attractive though.

i actually just got this a few weeks ago and can do it comfortably now

what helped me was to let first make sure that you have a secure grip with the top knee
then i hooked my feet before getting the bottom knee in the right spot

as far as the sliding of the bottom knee. i actually let mine slide down a little bit so that more of my leg is in contact with the pole.

i had a much harder time when i didn’t let it slide down and when i tried to keep my knees closer together.

ive had mine for 1.5 yrs so its healed and never hurts

when i wear a shirt i don’t take it out but when i only wear my sportbra i take it out so i don’t scratch the pole or get it caught on anything which i’m so scared about.

maybe urs just needs to heal a little more
