Hi girls, maybe would be better to not post my opinion… but….. why not? My studio ordered via email from X-pole.co.uk about 5!!!!!!!!! months ago 7 x-pole xperts, 7 x-joints and 7 extensions. We PAID for all goods and hoped that everything will be OK, because my firend and me opened our first pole dance studio :DDDD what a dissapointing!!!!!!!!! 7 xpoles have arrived in the beginning of march … but no extensions and no x-joints!!!!!!!! Since this time we emailed them, called them and the only response is… these goods are sold out!!!!!!!!!!! And than no response..no telephone, no email…. nothing…. friends from other studio were so kind and lend us their extensions and joints. Up to this day we have no extensions and no joins and we have no answer how this could happened!!!!!!!!!! We are very frustrated by this situation…. I am sorry, but x-pole.uk absolutely failed my trust because without our friends we will never be able to open our studio. It looks our money are lost. I am sorry for my bad english but I had to post this!

You are right, Veena! Jenyne told me that there was very hot on the stage, the lights were very close, too much smoke and the cleaners was insufficiently effectual. They cleaned the pole very attentively, I saw it, but it didn´t work. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif

Jenyne was the BEEEEEEEEEEEEST! I was there!!! I was sitting in front of her and watching all the performance!!!!!! I have never seen something more emocional!!!!!!!!!
I AM INDIGNANT WITH THE RESULUTIONS OF THE JUDGES IN THE WORLDS!!!!!!!!! Her performance was the best of all! Nobody which I have talk to didn´t understand it!!!!!!!!

I am greeting you from the Czech republic. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I have an X-pole too. And I think you can easily make a larger one from your two X-poles. I have red the Instructional Manual and you can use your current extensions – but make sure the smaller ones must be placed on the bottom. Here is written: "X-pole extensions should always be installed onto the base insert at the bottom of the lower main pole, not between the two main poles. THE SMALLEST EXTENSION SHOULD ALWAYS BE PLACED AT THE BOTTOM AND SO ON UP IN SIZE." https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_razz.gif
I have similar problem, I will have to make a move (like you), but I have to order extension (my problem is that I live in the CR and if I need something for pole dancing I have to order it through the internet in sites of UK and to pay quite enougt for a delivery). https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif
