Question!
Does the video need to be specifically for this? My aerials studio had a showcase a a couple weeks ago, and some of the girls had awesome costumey performances that fit this perfectly. -
I Googled how to make these and it brought me here, thanks Google! Did you end up making the pattern for these? I can’t seem to find one anywhere else. Thanks!

Mine left a ring on the ceiling as well, but a magic eraser took it right out.

I always put a thin damp rag over it, then put my iron over that. The steam loosens it right up. Just don't set it too high or you risk burning the carpet. This works crazy fast.

Thanks for the great ideas guys!!! I can't wait to get moved in and start on my pole room! 🙂 🙂 🙂

Oh I'm such a silly! I just looked through some more posts on the forum and found a bunch of things about mirrors. Feel free to make suggestions anyway if you want to 😛

It's a one-a-day slow-release minocyclene tablet. I was on it for less than a year and it (with the help of Epiduo and Aczone gel) completely cleared my face in about six months. Since I got married, my stupid new insurance won't cover the $800 a month for it (yikes!) so I'm on regular minocyclene, but the Solodyn was much more effective.
Anyway, I wash my face twice a day with Olay Total Effects facewash. In the morning I apply Aczone gel and moisturizer, and take a minocyclene pill. At night, I apply Epiduo and take another pill, and add night cream only to my eye area because it makes my face break out. Stupid sensitive skin.

Thank you for the reply, it’s very encouraging! I think I’m going to blog about the experience and post a pic once a week or so to help keep me on track (I can’t get the pic to show up in my first blog though. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_question.gif )
Prncsopowr, I’ve heard you can find it on ebay for pretty cheap, so you should check there. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
One of the DVD’s is all stretching, which feels fantastic, and one of them is yoga, which I find terribly dull but it is supposed to help a lot with flexibility.Hope it works! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Thanks for your help guys! We took it down and noticed that the top extension was actually loose, causing the pop noise when it spun. Everything is working wonderfully now https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
