Putting Dawn, acetone and space heater on my shopping list 🙂 I have a pair of capri yoga style pants, shorts and comfy tees so all I need is the bra 🙂

Was checking out grippy gloves and knee/ankle grips too but am thinking that is probably overkill …

Cant wait to start!

Thank you for the warm welcome 🙂 I am from Pennsylvania in the USA.

I am planning to check out subscribing to Veena's lessons and have been checking out other lessons on Youtube. Between the two, I think it will help me to be successful!

And yes, I am planning on starting out slow. I work from home, and am sedentary way too much. So I plan on easing into it and doing lots of stretching. I have a bike which I am planning to get a product for which will make it stationary during this frigid winter! once Spring is here I will be out and about on it!
