    Great tip on changing my song. I changed it and I automatically came up with a minute of choreography. I feel like I need to film every time in case I make up something I really like but then I can’t remember it. I wonder if filming every time might be making me more nervous. I’m getting to the point that I don’t even have the strength to do ANY moves or tricks. I don’t know if it’s weight gain and I can’t lift myself up or if it is because I’m tired. I’m going to take a couple of days off and see if it is just body fatigue. This is so nerve wracking!

    Thank you for all your responses! I know I cannot spot reduce, I just feel like my lower body isn’t getting the attention my arms, back, and shoulders are getting at the moment. I just want to even out my exercises and weights have gotten so boring and tedious for me after 2 years. I will try these suggestions thanks again!
