It doesn’t really bother me. It’s like calling a Katana a "Samurai sword." Everyone knows it by that name, and while it might not be the "right" name, it’s a name like any other. If someone goes "I notice you have a stripper pole!" I’ll say "Yep, I do!" And that’s that. Simple. this, to me it’s like calling a bandage a band-aid, because it’s just the way that most people associate it. if it’s said negatively, i correct them. if they are calling it that because that is what they know it by, i don’t say anything.

I desperately want some foxy pole boots but I have an unfortunate sizing combo: size 10 feet but very slim calves (I am 5 feet 10, 130 lbs). I find boots to fit my foot but they are too big around the calf. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Any suggestions of stores to try???

a word about the sizing though, i think they run big. i normally wear 9/9.5 but i ended up buying an 8. but, i LOVE these boots. very good, sturdy boots, and they have a zipper up the inner side, so that you don’t have to relace them every time. but the laces can fit like ANY size calves, i have muscular calves, and when i first tried them on i could barely get them on, until a woman helped me and explained how tight/loose it can go. i’m SURE they would work for you.

I know the first year there was a live feed but it wasnt that great. Im not sure about last year (i was a mess from giving birth 2 weeks before the competition) if there was a live feed. From my understanding the girl who was doing the feed, wasnt getting great signal in the room and couldnt find a wireless connection.
i bring my laptop to xpose with me to record myself when i do pole play, and i can never find a signal. and god, the chair room is worse for signal and that’s where they have the competition.

do you use alcohol to clean it? cleaning brass poles with alcohol is VERY VERY bad. it strips the finish off of it and makes it very slick. the studio i go to has brass poles and there is alcohol there, but only for your hands. there are a million posters stating not to clean the pole with alcohol, but only with windex.

I don’t know Luvlee…they might work well for smaller breasts because I have a natural C cup and they don’t work for me at all https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mad.gif I have 2 really cute rompers…and they look cute on…unless of course I have to actually move in them…my breasts are just too big for them…and they are not huge breasts…only a C cup…they just don’t *stay in them*.
I can’t dance in the romper with being afraid of a malfunction…can’t invert – it was a waste of money for me. Not sure rompers work so well with larger natural breasts.
