@emcain003143 what level are you at? And what did it take you to get there. Inverting, gracefulness etc.

@feliciajean186018 yes, I want to be able to teach by steps, the way i learned. the correct way. Actually conditioning your body, and learning progressively.

Thanks veena! I thought it was a great idea to.
Only thing is im self taught thru online videos, stretching, strength training. it has taken me 9 months to get to intermediete because i didnt want to injure myself and i knew this is what i love nd eventually want to teach.
How would i go about setting up a curriculum. I have to go before the sports club board at my school and not really convince them BUT CONVINCE THEM LOL. I have to prepare by laws/constitution, and a budget.

I need help coming up with these things.

They also say that they only approve sports that they feel represent university, and is not a high liability. I was wondering is there someone close to flint, mi that would be willing to help me and also assist with teaching.

No its like an iron x but your body is straight up nd down. Think of a v straddle with your legs down, body next to the pole, and holding the pole in twisted grip

I feel like im going to lose the grip with my inside arm(bicep grip?). i can walk to pirouette myself into a v invert with momentum, but i cannot do a controled one like my basic one and hold it because it feels like im gonna slide off the pole or something.

I finally got my invert. Exciting nd scary. I disected my invert. Nd I WASNT BREATHING. I dont kick into it either. I can lift myself up into the pole until my crotch touches it, then i extend my legs up on the pole, and slide down.
    THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!

i was holding my breathe. Im all self taught and i am adcancing quick now, but i DO know my boundaries. I hav all spins down. Im working on my v-straddle, i can plank, climb WITH BOTH LEGS, pole sit, i have transitions/pirouettes down. Lots of moves. I just want to perfect everything before i move onto the next level
