So whats the proper hand positioning?
-i have long arms so its not possible for me to place my inside arm low by my neck/ear area. If i do my bicep comes off of the pole.
-my inside arm is placed by arm, and my outside arm placed close above my inside arm.
    you all gave good advice.
Huuuuff because of my body composition, nd height im at a disadvantage so ill have to keep working hard :). Small girls you got it lucky

I also stretched today for an hour and im feeling better. Thats an issur because i forget to stretch sometimes, and even more i forget to stretch my hands fingers and the little places that count. I think im falling in love with pole. Im working on a beginner/intermediatr trick right now … its from missdirdybirdy page. Its a back spin/roll down. Ive got a fireman spin, carousel, attitude, reverse attitiude, chair spin, some combos. Floor get up moves. Etc. I also strength train on the pole. Veenas strength workouts are good, and so is a program i found on youtube.

At home. I think its a beginner thing tho, bcuz i here ppl talk about bruising, nd pole friction. It doesnt hurt like i injured myself. But just starting out it gets to me nd makes me wanna stop. I use online training as well.

    Wow veena!!! 🙂
And thats what surprised me. Im actually inverting properly (with jumping, kicking, or throwing my legs up)
I can aerial invert as well.
Ive been doing some veena videos and this video from youtube called POLE FITNESS CONDITIONING (just type in pole fitness conditioning nd its a man nd the video is 36:31 long)
Ive added some other exercises in. I made a combo: climb, invert hold, invert crunch, climb down repeat BOTH SIDES 5-8 TIMES)

    Im in love with it
Only problem is my fingers hurt really bad
    I have a 50mm chrome xpole sport
want a 45mm chrome xpert next
