That 2010 routine of Alethea’s was AWESOME! I dont see where she “stumbled” at all.. sounds like sour grapes (hateration) to me!

Every organization has their stars that sell & bring more attention to that organization.. hell, my high school wanted a specific girl to be valedictorian (sp?) & did whatever it took to make sure she was.. thats life!

A few years ago, i exercised and lost 15- 20 lbs.. totally reshaped mywhole body.. i have always eaten smaller portions on a smaller plate.. then i began something, well, kinda gross. If i was eating and was “full”, my body would not want any more food. And mid chew, i would have to spit out my food (into a napkin, of course). My body (or mind, or whatever) would tell me NO MORE!
Then i got pregnant and was never full! 18 months later, i am just now beginning to try to lose the weight because i want to begin competitive poling again!

Thats great! Way to go! And way to stick with it!
My boyfriend has a different video series im going to give a try. I believe any workout or exercise is better than no exercise at all, although i am partial to Tony!

I did the first regular P90 a few years ago. After several false starts, one day i just did it and committed to it. Soon i found myself LOOKING FORWARD to working out! I know, right.

It took me about 4 months of 4 workouts a week to lose about 20 lbs. Doesnt seem like a lot of weight, but P90 took me from a sloppy size 9 (im only 5 ft tall) with saddlebags, to a flat stomached, raised booty, straighter posture and killer arms. It really works. Stick with it!

Working out to the P90 changed my body shape from “thick” to “fine”! It changed my attitude about life and changed how i felt about myself. They say a workout is equivalent to an antidepressant! Its true! I credit P90 with starting the ball for me to leave a bad relationship, too. Once i felt better about myself, anything was possible!

I had a baby 16 months ago & am ready to get back into shape and want to try the new P90. Having a little motivation problem, though

    Anyway, stick to it!

Thank you for replying! Youre right.. I go back in 6 weeks, so we will see what happens between now & then..

Ibuprofen has been my best friend & also staying active seems to help.

Funny blog.. I JUST got this Mirena 3 days ago.. worst pain ever. I have one child by c-section. Labor was induced and i never dilated, which i feel, added to my pain. My cervix is shy!

The day after i got Mirena, I believe that I “passed” something. Gross, I know. Also scary.

I wonder when the initial cramping will end. I also wonder if I have made a terrible mistake getting this semipermanent thing in my body.
