What are the guidelines for each catagory? I've only been poling a couple months so I doubt I'm good enough for either but maybe next year 🙂

I actually wrote a whole blog post about this just a couple weeks ago. Here's the TL;DR version:

I like to wear the hells because, as my instructor pointed out "they add to the workout and they're sexier than ankle weights". And I really do notice a difference in how sore my legs are on the days I wear them versus the days I don't 🙂

Thanks Sarah! I think we might have met at Pole for a Purpose 🙂 I know that I need to take my time and get it right, it's just so frustrating when I want to go play with the big girls and I'm stuck working on Yoginis and Teddys all the time :/
One of my instructors gave me some strengthening excercises to do, and I go to pole tricks foundations class twice a week plus my other classes 🙂

@https://www.studioveena.com/users/view/4fbd32f6-1138-4928-b9f3-5e7c0ac37250 – I glittered my neon pink Pleasers with pink glitter and had no problems 🙂 It actually worked really well because if the glitter rubs off (thank you very much "toes in the sand" :P) it's still pink underneath.

I worry about this a lot…
It took me 23 years for my boobs to FINALLY come in (by sheer will power and determination)

I'm so spoiled, I'd hate to share a pole! Mostly just because I know how much sweat and ick I have on it by the end of class and having to wipe it down every time you switch would be cumbersome. #polebrat
