    I have really, really thin legs so I feel your pain. It was hard at first to get grips for even simple things like just sitting on the pole. Everyone else in my class had normal sized legs so they had a lot more…um meat…than me to use and press against. I kept at it and eventually I built the muscle needed to make up for that. But those first few months I would use tricks like, crossing my legs to use each other as a tension plus my own grip to help. It gets easier, plus for the first time since…well ever…my upper thighs actually touch now instead of that gap which I found kind of odd looking. But that's just me. 🙂
