Im am in no way a natural pole dancer LOL

Im improving slowly, and you will too!It does sound like the lesson are more advanced.
Perhaps you would be better suited to teaching yourself from Veenas lessons.

If you are taking the lessons, you should be able to view the full screen by right clicking your mouse and selecting ‘toggle fullscreen’.
I dont think you can view fullscreen if you dont take lessons.
Im not 100% sure, this is just in my experience as i take lessons.EDIT:

In one of veenas lessons she said you need to feel sexy to look sexy or it won’t work the way you want it to.
This is my problem, and so im working on telling myself, I AM SEXY and I look good.Hope in time you get less shy!

So does this mean if i do get some wristburn im doing it wrong?
Im worried now.
I thought in veenas lessons she said it was normal to get some burn, and to wear sweat bands if need be.I dont get a lot, but in some spins i do get a bit of burn and so i usually wear sweat bands like Veena suggested.

Oh my goodness.
I know this is an older thread, but i just had to post!I finally did my first pole sit, hands free and everything.
After watching my mum and sister do it… on MY pole, i was beginning to think i would never be able to get used to the burn.
Then today BAM, all of a sudden i can do it after many attempts!

Perhaps you have not undone the two hex screws enough?
It should spin freely.
I know mine does. -
I have to wipe my pole after every move as well.
My mum and sister dont have this issue, but i just slip so fast if i dont.My hands have always sweated quite a lot, so it might just be something i have to deal with.
I think there is powder that can dry them out..? -

Day 2 today was awesome.
Experienced the ‘I finally got it’ feeling again!
Should rest a bit tomorrow. Maybe practice some floor moves instead.
