Ask how much they’ll pay you to teach privates to their instructor. Honestly that’s false advertisement. To post someone who’s not even on their payroll and post an ad… Though you did verbally agree to demo at their fundraiser.

If they don’t offer compensation, wish them luck and say deuces! Lol!

Crazy as it sounds… you actually don’t need ab strength for controlled headstand. A yogi once taught me this lift trick. Get into headstand position, head and spine straight, hands clasped behind your head. Your elbows should forearm length apart.

Make your legs straight in front of you, side by side. Tip toe walk towards your face, keep walking and walking, till you feel a NATURAL lift. Your legs should go up without any momentum. The rest is balance.

@amy – Interesting! So she gives free unedited CDs? I was always hesitant with DV b/c sitting fee is $450, then CD was $650, through S. 🙁 She takes gorgeous shots! May take up your offer sometime in the future.

@Sam I am – This one session was 2 hours and kept 80 good shots. Although typically, boudoir sessions are 30-60 minutes. No chicken, just go! LOL! I brought my own wardrobe. Had the victorian corset made on etsy, lace waist shaper from a local boutique, then made the mini tutu and silk organza veil myself. The black outfit was from VS. Boots from my pole stash. Dress shirt and tie were my husband's. Makeup done at a MAC store. Free if you buy $50 worth of products… #36 sultress lashes, body foundation, and sponges, which you need anyway. Hair, luckily is a close friend of mine, who came to the shoot and assisted.

@nymphdancer – LOL that's so weird! Can you see it on the photog's website? Half of them are there. <a href="http://www.sachiphoto.com">www.sachiphoto.com</a&gt; > main gallery > galleries > ether – boudoir. And yup, those are the regular options with boudoir companies but almost twice the price in my area. You got a good package! Are you gonna get the DVD and privileges?

Hehe *blushes* Thanks, ladies! -=D The shoot was definitely one of the best experiences of my life. Loved every moment. 🙂

@chem – I hear you about costs! Most charge an arm and a leg, plus extras. Been wanting to do DivaVoom but total would be $1100ish. Sachi’s not that bad though. Intro $650 and includes the DVD and photo book.

@nymph – Try again. I resaved the settings. Have fun this Friday! Pinup shoots look fun!

@sari – Yes! Love this location. The homeowner is an amazing artist. Very unique.

As long as you control your dismounts, it shouldn't be a problem.

My neighbor next door always asks me if I'm exercising again when she hears a bang noise. It's not even me! LOL. Not even practicing either.

@Mechie – Oh yeah, I used to be like that. Wipe 10 seconds later. Now I use white distilled vinegar on the pole and Tite Grip on my hands (1 hour before trick). Grip is phenomenal! Now I only wipe or reapply maybe 2-3 times in 2 hours.

Yesssss!!! Beyond flying!!! -=D She said, "Pretend you're pulling the pole down to the floor. Pull the pole down!"

I knew I was missing something. This trick was my nemesis forever!

Thanks ladies! Ended up getting a nice high quality 5′ x 3.5′. It’s at a slight angle ATM but I’m looking for a similar size so I can stack and mount them to the wall. Aiming for 7′ x 5′.

Sooooo much better than my standard full length! Lol!

Inspired by this post, I bought a big wall mirror from Craigslist for $30! Really high quality, thick, frameless and no distortion whatsoever.

The closest I could find to those sizes are 3'6" x 4'10" and 3' x 8'. Which should I go for? Or keep looking?

@Acasia – Mirrors on tracks sound nice! I want! 🙂

Haha I can see that! If you can do a teddy with a sling, you can probably wing half the stuff. Rest till then and maybe I'll see you at Jenyne's and Karol's too!
