Try hairspray! When spraying a bit of hairspray on your hands I find it really improves grip (good for those special occasions when constantly sliding down is not really ideal!). Note – spray too much and you literally STICK to the pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

The pole’s now nice and still after that adventure… may give it another go tonight hehe(swapped my profile picture to one my BF took whilst spinning yesterday!)
